What we do to be green
- We install high efficient, energy star rated equipment saving consumers an average of 40 to 60% on their heating/cooling costs.
- On new installations, we only use R 410A Refrigerant, an environmentally friendly blend with no CFC's or HCFC's, which are harmful to our atmosphere.
- We recycle approximately 90% of all construction waste.
- We reclaim, recycle, weigh and chart all refrigerant recovery as required by the Environmental Protection Agency.
What it means to be green in HVAC
- Provide air purification systems capable of removing 99.98% of airborne particles down to .1 microns including dust, pollen, mold spores, smoke, bacteria, pet dander and even captures the flue virus.
What green means to us
- We use LEED accredited and Green Guard Certified products and materials which help to lessen our carbon footprint
- All paperwork and printing services are performed on an
eco-friendly press on post consumed paper with biodegradable toner and soy ink
- We wear 100% organic cotton and bamboo uniforms
- Members of the USGBC and are enrolled in ongoing green building and design courses
- Use local suppliers and manufacturers to help reduce fuel emissions
- Members of the San Diego River Park Foundation helping to restore the San Diego River and beyond, making our city a cleaner, greener more beautiful place
- Donate $50 towards plant a tree foundation after every installation in customers name, providing oxygen and beauty for our planet
- Members of the Surfriders Foundation doing everything we can to help preserve San Diego's coastline
