JLConnolly 08/30/2008 Out with the old, in with the new !!Ben and Matt relaced our old system with a nice new Heating/Air-Conditioning unit. They worked fast and were very clean and courteous. The job was completed in 3 days just as they had promised. We have a 3,000 sq. ft. home that was never cooled properly before, now it's very cool thanks to the Guthrie Brothers. We will always call them back. What i also liked about them is that they are a Green Company by choice, they use recycled materials and green-certified products in their work too. They care about the environment on personal and profesional levels too, and that was very important to me also. They beat the Sears price by a few thousand dollars, gave us higher efficient units, and better quality (Trane). The units are quiet and work great. Ben and Matt were very professional, honest, and efficient. vht888 08/17/2008 Saved our Air ConditionerOur furnace needed to be repaired but it was 22 years old, so Ben suggested we buy a new unit. I had connections in the plumbing business so I bought the unit wholesale and called my regular construction guy who said he knew had to install it. Thats when our nightmare began. After 2 days our air conditionning was still not working. He blamed our central unit which he said had a defective compressor and therefore was not blowing any cold air. Ben had checked our entire system previously and said everything was fine except the furnace. I was embarassed to call Ben back as I did not buy the equipment from him and gave the job to someone else. Thank God I swallowed my pride and called him. I explained the situation to him over the phone and he assured me it was not the compressor. He was there promptly the next day at 8am with his brother. 3 hours later they had the entire system working like a charm. They fixed all the mistakes the other guys made and never gave me a hard time. I can't say enough about these guys. It's obvious they know there business backwards and forwards. Another nice thing is that they do the work but they also own the company. You get real expertise and great service at a very reasonable price.
